Without skills or income, many dropout girls are forced to endure domestic violence, remain in abusive marriages for survival, or become trapped in exploitative labor. Training in hairdressing and beauty cosmetology not only equips them with marketable skills but also provides them with the confidence and resources to escape such harmful situations and build self-sufficient futures.
